Right of Withdrawal & Digital Content (VOD)
Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.
Depending on your region (e.g., the EU and UK), you may have a legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. However, this right is subject to a strict exception for digital Video-on-Demand (VOD) content.
In accordance with Paddle's terms and applicable consumer protection laws, by purchasing and accessing our VOD content, you explicitly consent to the immediate performance of the contract. You acknowledge and agree that you will lose your right of withdrawal and will not be eligible for a refund once the download or streaming of the digital content has begun.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply send an email to monemusic2022@naver.com with the following information:
- Your name
- The email address used for the purchase
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)
Refund Processing
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record for our transactions. Once your refund request is approved:
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider
- Upon refund, your access to the purchased Digital Course Content will be revoked
Eligibility
- Your request for a refund must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date and have not viewed or downloaded any part of the VOD.
- Requests made after 14 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed
- This policy applies to all Products purchased through the Website, including both 5-Month Access and Lifetime Access plans
