2. Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital course content ("Products") offered through monemusic.com ("Website"). By purchasing or accessing any Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions.

3. Products and Services

MONEMUSIC offers digital vocal training course content, including but not limited to pre-recorded video lessons, practice guides, and supplementary materials ("Digital Course Content"). All Products are delivered digitally through the Website immediately upon purchase.

4. Account Registration

To access purchased Products, you must create an account on the Website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed on the Website and are inclusive of applicable taxes, which are calculated and collected by Paddle based on your location. Paddle accepts various payment methods as displayed at checkout. Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation from Paddle.

6. Access and License

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Digital Course Content for personal, non-commercial use only. Access duration depends on your selected plan:

  • 5-Month Access: Full access for 5 months from the date of purchase.
  • Lifetime Access: Unlimited access for as long as the Website remains operational.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Product without prior written consent from MONEMUSIC.

7. Refund Policy

All purchases and refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Due to the nature of digital goods, we offer a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase, ONLY IF you have not accessed, streamed, or downloaded the Digital Course Content.

By starting to stream or accessing the content, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right to a refund. Refunds will not be granted for subjective dissatisfaction or if requested after 14 days.

To request a valid refund, please contact us at monemusic2022@naver.com. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method via Paddle. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to video lessons, text, graphics, logos, and course materials, is the property of MONEMUSIC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content may result in termination of your access and legal action.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Download, record, or redistribute any course content
  • Use any Product for commercial purposes without written authorization
  • Attempt to circumvent any security measures on the Website

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. MONEMUSIC does not guarantee specific vocal improvement results, as outcomes depend on individual practice and effort. The content is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. If you experience persistent vocal issues, consult a qualified medical professional.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MONEMUSIC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Products.

12. Modifications

MONEMUSIC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.
